Review System (Beta)

isEazy Author allows project editors to create internal comments for review and receive comments from external users not registered on the platform. This functionality improves communication in all directions, facilitating the exchange of opinions between authors and reviewers.

Editors

If you wish to share your project for review, access the Advanced options in the side menu of your project.

Here, you can activate the review link and share it with whomever you need. In this way you will allow people outside the platform, such as your clients, to view it and add comments in the edited project itself, which you can later consult from your isEazy Author account.

As a project editor in the slide editing view you will see a button under each slide with which you can:

  • create /close threads
  • create, edit, delete messages and mark them as unread
  • navigate between comments in your project

On the left side menu, where the slide thumbnails are located, you will also see an indication of the comments on that slide for a quicker reading of the status of comments.

In the Classic courses, you will also see an indication of the comments for each subsection, and these thumbnails will also be displayed in the project structure.

Reviewers

Upon receiving the link, reviewers will only need to enter their name to access the edited project and leave comments. They do not need to have an isEazy Author account.

Reviewers will see a button at the top left of each slide from which they can:

  • create discussion threads
  • reply to open threads in the project (in all slides and the Evaluation)

As soon as a reviewer starts leaving comments, the project editor(s) will see notifications on the thumbnail of the corresponding slide in isEazy Author.
