Why does my LMS not keep track of the students’ progress in an isEazy course?

That might have to do with your LMS version.

If this error occurs only when you are using Chrome as your browser, it is probably happening because your LMS is not prepared to manage the tracking: the latest Chrome versions have changed the way of managing the communications when a window is closed and that is affecting most LMS.

By updating your LMS to the latest version, this is very likely to get sorted out since many LMS providers have already worked out this problem.

At isEazy we have found a partial solution for this inconvenience that won’t let the progress tracking get lost but might give some trouble with the time tracking. You just need to publish your project again to get the latest version of our courses with this improvement already implemented.
