Translate a project with Google Translate (Enterprise)
Now with the isEazy Author Enterprise account you can use the export and import functionality to update your projects with translations in the languages you need.
To start this process, enter the project you are interested in translating, access the advanced options and select the option to export text in HTML.

Once you have exported the texts and the file has been generated, you must download it.
Automatic translation with Google Translate
Once you have the file, open it in Chrome, right click and select the option "Translate to...".
In the window that appears in the browser, click on the option "Settings" > "Choose another language".
Select the language you want to translate your project into from the list, click on Translate and you will have the translation ready.
IMPORTANT: scroll slowly to the end of the page to check that all the texts have been translated correctly.
Once you have made sure you have the translation ready, right click again and select the option "Save as". Choose the location where you want to save the file, select Type "Complete web page" and "Save".
Now it's time to import these already translated texts into isEazy. To do this, go to the project where you have exported the texts, return to the advanced options and select the option "Import HTML".
Go to the location where you saved the file with the translation and select it. When you import it, a new project will be created with the translated texts. You will be able to see this project once the platform has finished importing.
Enter the new project created and check that all the texts have been translated. In our example we will see that the texts have been changed into Italian.
Remember to also change the language of the course in the project configuration so that the elements of the interface match the content.
Important: the file encoding must not be altered between its export and import, the utf-8 encoding must remain the same.
Provided that the file doesn’t have the utf-8 encoding when being imported, there will be an error. Then, you may try https://fix-encoding.com/ Nevertheless, please, be aware that a change in a file’s encoding is not a 100% reliable process.
