Folders (BUSINESS or ENT accounts only)
Thanks to this functionality, you can be more efficient and better organize your work.
Through isEazy Author’s work environments, you can manage collaborator access to your projects. In addition, you can create folder structures in each environment to organize your work in a streamlined and efficient way. In each folder, you can create projects or additional folder levels (up to a maximum of 5 levels).
Creating folders
To create a folder, simply click on the Create button
and fill in the Folder Name field.
Once the folder is created, you can perform the following actions:
- Click on the arrow to access the contents of the created folder.
- Use the Edit button to change the name of the folder.
- Use the Trash button to delete a folder. Keep in mind that you cannot delete folders that contain other folders or projects. Folders must be empty in order to be deleted.
Breadcrumb
This navigation control will allow you to know which folder level you are in. In addition, you can click on any level to navigate within the folder.
To return to the list of environments, click on the Home button (the house icon).

This tool allows you to perform a search within the current folder and its entire structure. Search results will include both folders and projects that match the text you are looking for. You can cancel the search by navigating to another folder (using Breadcrumb) or clicking on the “X” in the search box.
Projects and folders that appear in your search results can be accessed as normal, but you cannot duplicate projects or create new projects or folders. To access the location of a project, click on the icon in the Project tab:
Move projects between folders

In the window that appears, you will have to navigate to wherever you want to move the project and click on “Move here”
