What can you do with your list of projects?

After accessing the platform you will enter the list of projects. Initially, we show you the first 15 projects, but you can load the rest using the More projects.

Creation of projects

It is very easy! To create a new one, you only have to click on the file containing a +. The newest projects are immediately added after the creation button.

Below you will be able to access a window where you can decide how you want to start your project. You have two options:

Classic Course: If you choose this option you’ll be able to create extensive content (more than 20 slides), with a content index and classic browsing by slides.

Express Course: If you prefer to create short and streamlined content (maximum 20 slides) with website-style vertical browsing.

Keep in mind that the FREE plan has a limit of 3 projects, the PROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS, and ENTERPRISE plans have no project limit.

You can learn more about how to create a course with isEazy Author in this article of our Help Center.

Creation of environments

This feature, currently only available for Business and Enterprise accounts, will allow you to be more efficient and organize your projects in a better way. You will be able to create new projects and up to 5 folder levels.

If you want to create a folder, you just have to press here:

Once you have created the new folder, you may do the following:

  1. Access its content.
  2. Edit its name.
  3. Delete it. You can only delete empty folders. If there is any project in it, you won’t be able to delete it.

Moving projects

Users with a Business account can move projects across the different environments they have. If they have more than one environment set up, a new button next to the duplicate one will appear, by pressing it, they’ll be able to select the destination environment of the project.

Duplicating projects

To duplicate an already created  project, so as to have it as a backup, you just have to click on the button at the bottom right of the project file. This may take a few minutes, but do not worry, you can continue working on the platform as usual.

Navigating in environments and projects

In isEazy Author you will find a breadcrumb that will help you know in a simple and visual way what folder level you are in. Also, if you click on any of those levels, you will access them right away. This breadcrumb is internal to every environment and works as local navigation apart from the application’s overall breadcrumb.

If you want to go back to the list of environments, just click Home. You may learn more about environments and folders in this Help Center article.
